Massages I offer
- Deep tissue / therapeutic — neck, shoulders and lower back; the knots that build up from desk work or driving.
- Sports massage — recovery for runners, cyclists and gym training.
- Relaxing massage — slow, full-body work to switch off and sleep better.
- Also: circulatory massage for tired legs, foot massage, Reiki and Tibetan singing bowls.
Every session is the same price: €30 for about 50 minutes, or €25 per session with the 4-massage pass (€100). I am Xavi Medall, a certified massage therapist with more than 10 years of experience.
